Your card is saved by Stripe and Pro opens immediately — the whole board, ads off. The £1.00 is what starts it, and it is not refunded if you cancel.
Nothing else is charged
Two full weeks of Pro, including at least two weekends of fixtures. Cancel at any point in those 14 days and you pay nothing more than the £1.00.
£9.99/mo begins
Only if you have not cancelled. We email a reminder before it, with the date and the cancel link in it. Charged and changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of that payment and it is refunded in full.

Before you hand over a card
Is there a trial of Pro?
Yes. New monthly subscribers get 14 days of Pro for £1.00, charged today with your card saved. From day 15 you are charged £9.99 a month unless you cancel before then; cancel any time in the 14 days and you pay nothing more. The £1.00 trial fee is not refunded if you cancel — it is what starts Pro today. Annual plans start immediately with no trial. The trial is offered once per account.
Why charge £1 at all?
Two reasons, and neither is the money. A card on file means Pro carries on without you having to do anything on day 15, and a £1 gate keeps the trial for people who actually want to use it. It is a real payment, so it is not refunded — the £9.99/mo that follows is, in full, if you cancel within 14 days of it.
How do I cancel?
Profile → Manage subscription in your dashboard. Two clicks, no email, no retention call. During the trial, cancelling means you are not charged again. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, Pro ends straight away and that payment is refunded in full; after that, cancelling stops the next payment and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Will you remind me before the first monthly charge?
Yes. We email you before day 15 with the amount, the exact date and the cancel link, and again the day before if you have not acted. You should never be surprised by a TACTIX charge.
Are these predictions betting tips?
No. TACTIX is an analytics product: the model publishes a probability and the edge against the price, and every settled prediction stays on the record whether it won or lost. What you do with that is your decision, and it carries risk.
Is my card safe?
Payments run through Stripe. TACTIX never sees or stores your card number, and the subscription is managed in Stripe's own customer portal.
