Getting Paid
Eligible bounties accumulate in your balance. Once you reach the £50 minimum (ten successful referrals), you can request a payout from your referral dashboard. Payouts are processed by bank transfer; we'll email you when the transfer leaves our account.
There's no time limit — your eligible balance carries over indefinitely until you hit the threshold. There's also no maximum: refer as many friends as you like.

When do I get paid the £5?The £5 becomes payable once your referred friend has been a paying customer for 30 consecutive days. The 30-day waiting period means we only reward genuine referrals — someone who signs up, gets a refund, or churns within the first month doesn't trigger the bounty.
How do I get my referral link?Sign in to TACTIX and open the Refer a Friend page from your account menu. Your unique link is displayed at the top — click to copy. Share it on WhatsApp, social media, or anywhere else.
What's the minimum payout?You can request a payout once your eligible balance reaches £50 (10 successful referrals). Payouts are made by bank transfer once requested.
Can I refer someone who already has a TACTIX account?No. Referrals only apply to brand-new signups via your link. If your friend already has a TACTIX account, the referral won't be tracked even if they upgrade later.
What happens if my friend cancels within 30 days?The referral becomes ineligible and the £5 bounty is not paid. This is also the case if your friend gets a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period on their first paid month. Only referrals where the friend has paid continuously for 30 days qualify.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?No upper limit. Refer as many friends as you like — each successful referral adds £5 to your eligible balance.
