Every TACTIX prediction starts from one model: team strength from recent form, expected goals (xG) and shots, with head-to-head records and home advantage on the match result. Its probabilities are calibrated so the confidence figure we publish reflects a real probability, not a marketing number. Fresh predictions are published daily across more than 100 competitions.
Not every prediction is equally strong, so we grade each one by model confidence into three tiers, and we track how each tier actually performs across large settled samples:
Grading by confidence is more honest than a single blanket figure: it tells you exactly how sure the model is about each pick before you act on it. Tier hit-rates are measured on settled results and update continuously. They are pooled across markets and lean towards high-volume markets like over/under goals; match result (1X2) is the hardest to call, so read the full by-market breakdown and live calibration on our model scoreboard rather than a single headline number.

Rather than quote a single headline accuracy number — which is easy to inflate and hard to read — we publish full calibration. Across 6M+ settled predictions (all markets, player markets included) the model is calibrated to within ±0.2%, meaning when it says 70% it is right close to 70% of the time. Every pick is graded Gold, Silver or Bronze by confidence, and the full by-market track record is on our model scoreboard.
They are confidence grades taken from each prediction's calibrated model probability. Gold is the highest-confidence tier (90%+), Silver is strong (80%+) and Bronze is solid (70%+). Higher tiers carry lower variance.
